Desde 2009, este foi o primeiro Elimination Chamber onde não aconteceu uma mudança do WWE Title ou do World Heavyweight Title.

A WWE Divas Champion Beth Phoenix disse que ficou impressionada com Tamina Snuka no Elimination Chamber. Beth disse:

O WWE.com postou um vídeo de CM Punk que após o Elimination Chamber disse que atendendo ao modo como Chris Jericho saiu do Elimination Chamber, este irá querer uma title shot na Wrestlemania 28. Punk diz que aceitará o desafio de Jericho bem de como qualquer outro lutador pois seja quem for, ele sairá WWE Champion na Wrestlemania.

Santino Marella foi muito elogiado no backstage pela sua performance no Elimination Chamber match. Jim Ross usou o twitter para dar os parabéns a Santino ao dizer

Após a eliminação por lesão no Elimination Chamber, o WWE.com actualizou a situação de Chris Jericho. Num artigo no site pode ler-se

"The WWE Universe is buzzing about what Jericho has to say regarding his departure at the hands of The Straight Edge Superstar. Although he was unable to comment earlier, WWE.com is attempting to locate him in Milwaukee’s Bradley Center tonight to get his thoughts on the Raw Elimination Chamber Match and CM Punk."

A ex-diva da WWE Candice Michelle disse no twitter que iria estar presente no Elimination Chamber com a sua família, uma vez que o show se realizou na sua cidade, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
